The IWA Health & Fitness Club - In pursuit of fitness & good health!
This Club hosts a variety of events related to health & fitness, like yoga sessions conducted by in-house yoga instructors, a holistic healing talk & demo where we were introduced to Varma healing, Pranic healing, Siddha & Ayurvedic medicine, breathing techniques and much more.
Walks are a salient feature of the Health & Fitness Club. We have had walks at Berlayer Creek, Bukit Chermin Boardwalk, Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve, Fort Canning Park and the Rail Corridor, to name a few.
Who - Most of the events are for IWA members and a few are opened to non-members. The events are conducted by professionals from different fields.
When- the events are held once a month. The day & time varies as per the availability of the person conducting the session. The events are open for registration usually one-two weeks in advance.
Where - the location of the event depends on the type of event, can be indoors or outdoors.
